Interesting Post... 7/26/2009 through 8/1/2009

If any of you guys are following me on Twitter... one thing you'll notice is that I forward along a lot of great agile content. I've got over 400 blogs that I track on a weekly basis... and while I clearly don't read them all... I do scan them looking for things that might be of interest. When I come across something cool... and I think it will be of value to the community... I share it in Google Reader and the cloud does the rest.


The result is a Twitter update with a link to the blog post I just shared.

I thought it might be an neat experiment to do a Leading Agile article with all those "Interesting posts... " aggregated into one place. I'll give it a go for a week or two... see how big a pain it is to create (and how much I can automate)... listen for your feedback... and we'll see where to go from there.     I'm one of your biggest fans... and I feel some pride when you Tweet something I have (whether it's because you saw it from me or we watch the same things, doesn't matter)... I'm actually learning how to do it better myself.

    But having said that... I'm not sure this will work for blog format. The Twitter thing is about knowing where the crowd is forming and talking. Here, it just feels cluttered noisy, and aged... yesterday's information.

    Try it out... I'm curious how others will feel about it.

    Thanks Kevin... as always... I appreciate the support, the kind words, and that you are willing to take a few minutes to post a comment.

    I think I agree with you. The post was not very aesthetically appealing... and it is inarguably old content. I am interested to see what others have to say... creating the post was a pain... so if it doesn't add value... I'll stop it ;-)

    It will always be a weekend post anyway... and I am not sure how many folks really pay attention on the weekends (at least based on subscriber counts and google analytics).
