Slide 86 shows epics being broken down to features and then features broken down into stories.
ReplyDeleteI am use to dealing with Epics which then are broken down to stories so I am interested in the difference between a feature and a story in your diagram.
I think it is a semantics issues. All I am saying is that we take big stuff and break it down into smaller stuff. I don't believe there is a tremendous amount of consistency... let alone standardization... around how these words are used.
